Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your Digital Shield VPN account and associated data, you may request deletion at any time.

How to request account deletion:

1. Send an email to: team.dshield@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the email address used to register your account

team.dshield@gmail.com

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

Data that will be deleted:

We do not store VPN connection history, session logs, or user internet activity data.

Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days after verification of the request.
